Welcome! This program is for individuals who feel a strong pull toward ministry and spiritual leadership but aren't sure what that journey entails for them or whether they are ready to commit to a multi-year path. You don't have to have it all figured out. It’s completely normal to have questions and to not have all the answers at this stage. What matters is your willingness to engage and explore this calling. You’re invited to join us in a supportive environment where you can discover your unique path, deepen your faith, and explore the many dimensions of spiritual leadership. No one needs to have everything mapped out; just bring your openness and curiosity, and together we can navigate this meaningful journey.

Over six months, the Ministerial Bridge Program creates a space to deepen your connection with the Divine — God, Source, Creator, whatever name fits your practice — and to start living differently, guided by spiritual laws and principles that hold up in daily life, not just on retreat.

This isn't a lecture series. It's a practice. You'll study, apply, reflect, and do it again — inside a community that's doing the same work alongside you.

The Bridge Program stands on its own. It's also the recommended starting point for anyone who feels called toward our three-year Ministerial Development and Ordination Program — the path to ordination as a Minister of Spiritual Consciousness — but isn't ready to commit to that full journey yet.

Six months here will tell you a lot: whether the calling you feel is asking for six months, or for the rest of the path. Either answer is the right one. This is how you find out.
